Patrons who attended ‘CSharp and Friends’ were greeted with inspiring and thought-provoking performances from some of Jamaica’s most talented reggae artistes recently.
In attendance were the very energetic and always entertaining Jenny Jenny and 2006 Rising Star winners, One Third. The audience was an array of enthusiastic music lovers of all ages, all wanting to be apart of the ‘CSharp experience’.
The tremendous line-up included well-known saxophonist Dean Fraser, who thrilled the audience with his rendition of ‘Dance With My Father Again’. Duane Stephenson guided the audience across Jamaica with ‘From A Little Cottage In Negril’ and brought his music all the way ‘From August Town’. Tarrus Riley made the ladies in the crowd swoon when he performed ‘Start Anew’, one of his latest releases.
Main artistes CSharp were in full element, delighting the patrons with ‘What’s The Matter With The World?’, ‘No More’ and ‘Don’t Come Searching’.
“This is only a taste of bigger things to come. We are only giving you a preview of what CSharp is really all about”, said Hugh Hoilette, CSharp’s manager.
A prayer signaled the end to a night will spent, leaving the patrons connected to the positive messages showcased that evening.
