COJO delgation arrives Monday
(May-18-2009)

A delegation from the New York based Jamaican charity, Children of Jamaica Outreach (COJO) Inc. will visit Jamaica from Monday, May 18 to Friday, May 22 as part of its activities in observance of Child Month. Led by Chairman/Founder Gary M. Williams, the delegation which arrives on May 18 in Kingston will make presentations of computers, printers, projectors, school supplies and clothing to two schools and one institution.

Schedule is as follows:

May 18 - Arrivals on JM 016 from JFK

May 19 - 10 am: Presentation of school supplies and copier to Adastra Gardens - a project of the Jamaica Airline Pilots Association (JALPA)

May 20 - 10 am: Presentation of 10 computers, projector and printer to Louise Bennett-Coverley All Age (formerly Gordon Town All Age) - Donation made possible through past student Christopher Roberts, Owner, The Door Restaurant in Queens, New York

May 21 - 11 am: Presentation of 5 computers plus software, projector, printer, 42’ flat screen TV, COJO t-shirts and school supplies to the Summerfield Boys Home in Clarendon

May 22 - Departures
