The Statistical Institute of Jamaica (STATIN) is advising members of the public to be on the look out for unauthorized persons claiming to be collecting census data.
STATIN said it is aware that persons have been visiting residences and business places claiming to be representatives of the agency.
STATIN further stated that their staff assigned to collect census data, are usually equipped with STATIN identification cards, which must be presented prior to the interview.
