Comment: The team decided to pay a visit to the corporate office as a response was not forthcomming. We were unable to get the necessary information from the mayor at that time, however we were able to speak to the City Engineer, Mr. Norman Shand, who was receptive to our queries about his job description.

Comment: We spoke with a librarian of the Documentation Centre of the above mentioned ministry who gave her as Ms. Fennel who was not very receptive to our queries. She however told us, after we explained the idea of the competition, that we should try to obtain the said information via the different media houses.

Comment: The team walked to the NWA which is on the same compound as the Ministry of Transport and Works and tried to have our questions answered. We filled out and submitted an information request form as instructed which is yet to be processed.
